Mumbai: Aryan Khan can’t leave Mumbai without illuminating the police and needs to show up before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) each Friday, a court request said today, posting 14 conditions for his bail. 

Aryan Khan, the 23-year-old child of Shah Rukh Khan, was conceded bail by the Bombay High Court yesterday and could leave prison this evening. 

He needs to present an individual obligation of ₹ 1 lakh, as indicated by the request, and give up his identification. 

The conditions incorporate not leaving the country without authorization, “not enjoying comparable exercises, not speaking with other charged like his companion Arbaaz Merchant, and not conversing with the media. 

Aryan Khan likewise needs to go to the NCB office each Friday between 11 am and 2 pm, go to court hearings, and join examinations at whatever point required. 

If any of these conditions are disregarded, the court says, the NCB can demand retraction of bail.

Aryan Khan was captured after drugs attacks on a journey transport party on October 2. He has been in Mumbai’s Arthur Road prison for a considerable length of time. 

The Bombay High Court request needs to go to an uncommon enemies of opiates court and be handled before a delivery request is given. 

Aryan Khan could leave this evening, however provided that the preliminary court’s delivery request arrives at the jailor before 5:30 pm.

“We are ready with our guarantees. We are expecting to get the request duplicate from the high court today. When we get it, we will submit it alongside every one of the important archives to the extraordinary NDPS court,” Aryan Khan’s attorney Satish Maneshinde told news organization PTI. 

“We desire to do it by this evening itself with the goal that we can get Aryan Khan out of prison,” Mr Maneshinde said.
