Maryam Nawaz, the daughter of former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, on Monday crashed into Imran Khan for slandering a US diplomat in his speech who claimed ‘hands of foreign forces’. He mentioned the allegation of PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) about foreign conspiracy, related to the fall of the government led by cricket experts, “The biggest drama in Pakistani history.”

Maryam added that Prime Minister Imran Khan who was overthrown had” slandered US diplomat Donald Lu in his speech. “However, two days ago, an official from the Khan party” went to Lu and apologized “for the statement of the Head of PTI, he said further.

Earlier in March, Imran Khan said that the US delegation Donald Lu at a meeting with the Pakistani messenger threatened to overthrow his government. “The messenger confirmed all development through Sandi to Pakistani foreign offices,” he said as quoted in the report. “We have all the details of people who meet with US consulate officials,” he added.

Maryam Nawaz Nawaz, praised his father Nawaz Sharif during the Election General Meeting in Lahore, said that “Punjab was like an orphan during the term of office of PTI. He also hit in the overthrow premiere for using a “religious card” and added that because of his irresponsible behavior, people were shot.

The re -election for the position of Chairman of the Punjab Minister will be held on July 22. Chairman of the incumbent – Hamza Sharif from PML -N – will remain in the office until then. Before that, the election of the interim for 20 empty seats of the Punjab Assembly will be held on July 17.
