Deliverance operations continued on Tuesday after further than 260 people were killed and hundreds of others were injured after an earthquake struck Indonesia’s West Java Province early Monday autumn.
B uildings collapsed in Cianjur, West Java, where the earthquake struck, and several landslides forced road closures around the quarter. Power outages were reported, and among the dozens of structures damaged, was a sanitarium, a boarding academy and other
public installations, according to The National Disaster Mitigation Agency. Original government reported that numerous of the losses were children who failed when the boarding academy collapsed.
