In short: film video games and television adaptations have been beaten or-miss. Most of the failures are massive except for some here and there – the original Netflix of the original Witcher and Castlevania became a few examples of diamonds in a rough state. The recent capitalization of the adaptation was reported to have Epic Games who wanted to produce Fortnite films. Good luck with it.

Epic Games might want to expand its reach to Hollywood and consider the adaptation of the Fortnite film. Inner people who are familiar with the project told people in that game companies want to “diversify” in dealing with sustainable legal costs related to the demands of antitrust demands against Apple and Google.

Earlier this year, Epic reportedly dismissed several executives from Lucasfilm. Former Vice President of physical production Lucasfilm, Jason McGatlin, is now president of the EPIC specific project. McGatlin served as an executive manufacturer on all Star Wars films produced by Disney. Game developers also knocked former VP Finance production of Lucasfilm, Chris Furia, and Lynn Barsch, former Lucasfilm legal boss, to repeat their role at Epic Division. Anonymous sources say that Fortnite movie talks have been going on but do not learn specifically.

It’s rather difficult to imagine how “Fortnite: Film” will look like. This game has 18 seasons of knowledge to be withdrawn, including comet collisions in season 4, a bad command of Santa Claus in season 7, and a black hole that devoured the entire map in season 10. Then there are various crossover events introduced by some existing characters, including DC And Marvel Superheroes, foreign things, John Wick, Predator, and even Halo’s main head. Then again, Fortnite films could be something completely original but based in Universe Fortnite.

The method is too early to speculate what will be perfected by the adaptation of the big screen fortnite. Epic hasn’t commented on the situation, so at this point, it’s all just rumors. However, if the report is accurate, a film is not even on pre-production. If the alleged conversation is successful, it will likely for years before the film was released.
